By 2008, the mall is owned and operated by Australia's Westfield. In addition to the new Food Court (in light gray), the early 2000s renovation brought a new Steve & Barry's and Qdoba Mexican Grill. These stores were installed in an abandoned Montgomery Ward. With these modifications, WESTFIELD GATEWAY spanned around 1,002,000 leasable square feet and housed 107 stores and services.
