As with the Queen City's Westerns, its two Kenwoods were also confused with one another. This identity crisis only got worse when the original PLAZA was remade into an enclosed MALL and the old MALL was reconfigured as a PLAZA!


The focal point of the new KENWOOD MALL was its Center Court Rain Fountain. One of the water-less "Wonderfall" features of the 1960s, it extended 40 feet from floor-to-ceiling.
