In October 1993, the mall emerged from a massive reconstruction and renovation, to the tune of 40 million dollars. The project added Lazarus, thirty-three inline stores, an 11-bay Food Court and tri-level parking garage. The shopping facility now spanned 1,100,000 leasable square feet and contained 130 stores and services under its roof.
