In 1986-1987, the third level of FOUR SEASONS MALL was completed. The three major anchor stores were also expanded upward with third floors. When construction dust settled in April 1987, a new name had been bequeathed; FOUR SEASONS TOWN CENTRE. With the expansion, the complex covered approximately 1,068,000 leasable square feet.

The largest FOUR SEASONS outparcel is the Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons hotel. It opened, in 1970, as a Holiday Inn. The Joseph S. Koury Convention Center (on the right) was added in the early 1990s.

The bulldozed cinema was replaced by the Nascar Cafe, which opened for business in April 2002. The restaurant closed in 2007, with the building being demolished in 2017.
