The ground floor of the vacant Dillard's has been renovated. A Round 1 Bowling & Entertainment Center welcomed its first customers in January 2018.

The nemesis of FOUR SEASONS TOWN CENTRE is located just 3 miles north. FRIENDLY CENTER, a late '50s collection of inward-facing store blocks, was expanded over the years and had become quite upscale by the 1990s. It snatched Belk from FOUR SEASONS TOWN CENTER in January 2015, with two stores being consolidated into one.
