The Penney's Court, on the mall's north end, comes complete with a very '70s accessory; a triple sunburst fountain! Like other (actual) malls of the period, the color palette used for interior decor would have been based on dark brown hues, accented by gaudy oranges, reds and greens. At the time, these were called "earth tones."

The trusty CIN-DAY CENTER Woolworth. To get into the proper early '70s 5 & 10 vibe, imagine the aroma of freshly-made popcorn. Add to this the sound of a DeFranco Family 45 blaring from a cheap phonograph in the record-electronics department. Far out, man!
