One of -if not- the first post-war shopping plazas in Wyoming opened in September 1954. Here we see an original (circa-1957) section of Casper's HILLTOP CENTER. This 126,200 square foot strip complex was substantially renovated in the mid-1990s, when a new Albertsons supermarket was built.
