In 2025, the mall is in a state of transition. J.C. Penney and Sears went south in the 2010s. Sears was demolished in late 2024, with a new BJ's Wholesale Club taking its place. At this juncture, the mall proper houses twenty-six stores, with five outparcel stores and ten freestanding restaurants.
