May Company Colorado-May D & F anchored U-HILLS for almost thirty-five years. The store moved to the new enclosed mall at CHERRY CREEK CENTER in August 1990, leaving U-HILLS in a downward spiral. The virtually vacant facility had a destiny date with a wrecking ball in 1996.

U-HILLS MALL was replaced with a 35 million dollar power center. Buildings that were part of the 1951-1996 structure are surrounded in blue. Store space indicated in gray type (Linens 'n Things) was vacant at the time of this plan. It was eventually leased as a Michaels.
