The shopping facility was expanded for a second time between March 1995 and September 1997. A Southwest Wing was built, that was anchored by Nordstrom. Two parking garages connected with the new store. The mall, now known as simply WESTFARMS, encompasses 1,295,000 leasable square feet. There is free parking for 6,500 autos.  

The WESTFARMS Nordstrom opened, as the chain's first New England store, in September 1997.
