The footbridge from the Tysons Corner subway station lands on an outdoor plaza, flanked by a Hyatt Regency hotel and this Second Level mall entrance. The concourse leading up to these entry doors was cut through existing Sephora and American Eagle Outfitters stores, which were relocated to other areas of the mall.

A rendering of the aforementioned Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center and Plaza At Tysons Corner Center. The Plaza was officially dedicated in July 2014. Its 18-floor, 300-room hotel opened for business in April 2015.
