Harbor Freight Tools moved into a portion of the mid-mall anchor space in August 2015. A freestanding LongHorn Steakhouse (in medium gray) welcomed first diners in November. The name of the shopping hub was changed back to GATEWAY MALL in February 2017. The cinema was rebranded as an AMC venue in March of the same year.

Sears anchored the west end of the mall for over 39 years. The store pulled up stakes in April 2018.

Hancock Fabrics eventually shuttered their GATEWAY store. The space was taken by Planet Fitness, who opened for business in June 2018.
