Our first SUNSET CENTER site plan dates to 1966, 3 years after the mall's grand opening. A 300,000 square foot shopping facility has just been expanded with an addition to an existing J.C. Penney (in gray). Now covering approximately 357,000 leasable square feet -and housing fifty stores- the mall provides free parking for 3,000 autos.
