REISTERSTOWN ROAD PLAZA was rebuilt as a fully-enclosed mall in the mid-1970s. By 1995, the complex was configured as seen above. Both anchor stores have been retenanted. The original cinema, in the northeast corner, was twinned in 1980 and shuttered around 1989. The 5-Star Cinemas, a multiplex situated in the southwest corner of the complex, made its debut in 1985.

In a circa-2005 PLAZA plan, we see that much of the West Wing has been demolished and rebuilt as part of a 2001-2004 demalling. A freestanding Home Depot has also been built on the south side of the complex. The East Wing has not been physically altered. In fact, its enclosed mallway is still in least for now.
