Zooming through time 30 years, we come to a circa-1998 BOULEVARD MALL plan. The complex was renovated in 1984 and re-renovated -and expanded- in the early '90s. A second north-south shopping concourse, known as The Promenade, was built, along with three parking garages. The center now covered around 1,250,000 leasable square feet. For a time, it was the Silver State's largest mall.

In this circa-2006 image, we see The Promenade concourse. At this time, the complex had relinquished its title as largest mall in Nevada. A 1999-2003 expansion of the FASHION SHOW increased the size of that shopping venue to 1.8 million leasable square feet. This made FASHION SHOW around 668,000 square feet larger than THE BOULEVARD.
