Known -once again- as VANCOUVER MALL, the shopping hub has gone through several changes by the year 2022. The western anchor was expanded and "Macy-ated" in 2006. The aforementioned Cinetopia megaplex opened for business. Lastly, two abandoned anchor stores were repurposed. The old Nordstrom was divided between H & M and Gold's Gym, with these opening for business in 2016.

Sears pulled up stakes in November 2018, after anchoring VANCOUVER MALL for over 41 years. The building was divided between Hobby Lobby and a Round 1 Bowling & Entertainment Center. These were dedicated in 2020 and 2021, respectively.
