The Stix store was built as part of the first expansion of the mall. During renovations, several stores either expanded or relocated within the complex. When all construction dust settled, WARD PARKWAY CENTER encompassed approximately 797,900 leasable square feet. There were eighty-two stores and services and free parking for 4,500 autos.
