America’s soft drink giants, Pepsi and Coca-Cola, each brought out their respective brands of low calorie sodas this past year. These are sweetened with a substance called Cyclamate and -reputedly- have just one calorie per serving.

The new now thing is the pull-tab soft drink -or beer- can...which requires no opener! As the slogan says...'Just lift, pull and pour' (you also have to throw away the pull tab that was just detached from the can).
