MONTGOMERY MALL was acquired by Australia's Westfield in 1994. As part of the company's late 1998 rebranding blitz, the shopping hub was renamed WESTFIELD SHOPPINGTOWN MONTGOMERY. This was shortened to WESTFIELD MONTGOMERY in mid-2005.

The mallway entrance of the Macy's Home Store at WESTFIELD MONTGOMERY. It was a rebranding of a circa-2001 Hecht's Home Store. This had been installed in the Upper Level of a vacant J.C. Penney.
