The 48-year-old TYRONE SQUARE Sears was shuttered in January 2017. It was demolished in June and replaced by a 4-tenant strip structure that houses Dick's Sporting Goods, PetSmart, Five Below and a Lucky's Market gourmet grocer.

The new Dick's Wing appears in light gray on this circa-2020 site plan. As one may surmise, the new structure is predominantly open-air. Subtracting Sears' square footage and adding that of the new mall wing, TYRONE SQUARE now encompasses approximately 1,059,000 leasable square feet.
