In the year 2008, the shopping hub is owned and operated by Oz-based Westfield. Kaufmann's was "Macy-ated" in the fall of 2006. On the periphery of the mall, Max & Erma's and Bravo! Cucina Italiana restaurants opened in 2005 and 2006, respectively.
