Saks Fifth Avenue and Saks Off Fifth operated at the mall for a total of 27 years. After their demise, the building was demolished and replaced by The Plaza.

The Plaza consisted of two sit down restaurants; P.F. Chang's China Bistro and Bravo! Cucina Italiana. These opened for business in November 2008.
