Victor Gruen's 21 million dollar RANDHURST. The fully-enclosed complex had one of the most unique shopping mall designs ever envisaged. Its parking area was divided into seven "fruit designated" lots. At SOUTHDALE CENTER, in Minnesota, Mr. Gruen named the mall's fifteen parking lots after animals.
