A view of the enclosed shopping concourse at FALLBROOK MALL. This roofed version of the complex was in operation until the fall of 2001, when a demalling got underway.

By 2003, the mall was -once again- open-air. FALLBROOK CENTER featured new Kohl's, Home Depot, Trader Joe's and Linens 'n Things stores. There was also a relocation of Ross Dress for Less (from the enclosed mall). Big Kmart and Burlington Coat Factory had joined the tenant list back in the fall of 1995.

DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse) was among the slew of big box tenants added during the 2002-2003 demalling. The DSW store closed and was replaced by Decor Store. This also shut down. Its space was divided between Cost Plus World Market and Buy Buy Baby.
