Along with the mall's remodeling came a new logo. It would be replaced with another in 2019.

Salt Lake City's TRAX light rail system reached VALLEY FAIR MALL in August 2011. The Green Line's West Valley Central station is within steps of the shopping hub's west parking area.

The third phase of the mall's 21st century renovation added the 15-screen Valley Fair, West Valley City Megaplex. It took the place of a vacant Mervyn's.

A circa-2020 site plan shows how the revitalized retail center was configured after all construction dust settled. The facility and its many peripheral structures now encompassed over 1 million leasable square feet. It could now serve as the defacto downtown of West Valley City.
