In its original state, HOLLYWOOD MALL housed 310,000 leasable square feet and contained fifty-four tenant spaces. There were accommodations for 2,500 autos. By the time of this mid-1965 plan, a twinplex cinema (in medium gray) had opened on an adjacent pad.
