Our first OMNI mall layout dates to 1977, the year that the 76 million dollar megastructure was officially dedicated. Its Ground Level contained first floors of two anchor stores, a hotel lobby entry, parking deck and North and South Truck Courts. The shopping center section above was comprised of 2 levels; the Lower Mall and Upper Mall. These encompassed a total of 912,000 leasable square feet. There was covered (for pay) parking for 2,700 autos.
