The 100 OAKS moniker was retained for the new power center-outlet mall. Its Lower Level housed seven big box stores. The Upper Level featured a J.C. Penney Catalog Outlet and Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth.

The Regal Cinemas Hollywood 27 opened for business in January 1998. The movie megaplex was built south of the mall, on a pad adjacent to where the old Martin Theatre once stood.
