Wright Family Apparel. This store went dark as a result of the 2011 shuttering of that chain. Marshalls assumed the vacant space, but not for long. Planet Fitness opened a new gym there in 2019.

Meanwhile, that venerable Minnesota merchandiser shuttered its MONDAWMIN store in early 2018, ending nearly 10 years of operation. The building was gutted in late 2022 and reconfigured as the TouchPoint Empowerment Center.
