Wright Family Apparel. This store went dark as a result of the 2011 dissolution of that chain. Marshalls assumed the vacant space, but not for long. Planet Fitness opened a new gym there in 2019.

Meanwhile, that venerable Minnesota merchandiser closed its MONDAWMIN store in early 2018, ending nearly 10 years of operation. The building was gutted in late 2022 and was reconfigured as The Village At Mondawmin, a combination of retail, service, and medical facilities.
