By 2015, the lower level of the old "Woodies" has been reworked with a restaurant Streetscape (in medium gray). On the southwest corner of the mall, a parking garage has also been partially demolished. With these modifications, WESTFIELD MONTGOMERY spans approximately 1,270,700 leasable square feet and contains over 200 stores and services. One of these -Sears- would go dark in March 2019.
