Our second PG PLAZA plan shows a mid-1960s West Wing expansion in medium gray. This added the aforementioned Woodward & Lothrop and a new Grand Union grocery. At the time of this circa-1977 layout, the mall had just re-opened as a fully-enclosed structure.
