LIMA MALL, circa-1975. A West Wing addition (in dark gray) added eighteen inline stores and was dedicated in February 1972. The north anchor has just been enlarged and rebranded as a Dayton-based Elder-Beerman. With these modifications, the shopping hub covered approximately 787,000 leasable square feet and housed sixty-one tenant spaces.
