The original ROUTE 30 MALL encompassed 68,700 leasable square feet, contained eleven stores, and provided free parking for 300 autos. The complex was the second-smallest of the GOLDEN TRIANGLE mini-malls. MARSHALLS MALL, spanning 57,400 square feet, was even smaller.
