Plans for a Rave 14-screen megaplex were announced in 2006. That particular theater, which was to replace a vacant J.C. Penney, never materialized.

The North Court is seen in this 2007 snapshot. The anchor store in the background, originally a Lazarus, morphed into a Macy's in September 2006. This store would be shuttered in March 2020.
