An early 1990s layout of the complex, which has been known as BAYFAIR MALL since the late '70s. The shopping hub was fully-enclosed between 1978 and '79. Store space indicated in dark gray was added. A subsequent expansion (light gray), was built between 1988 and '89. It brought a new north concourse. With these improvements, BAYFAIR MALL covered approximately 850,000 leasable square feet and housed 119 stores.
