"The Denver" at SOUTHGLENN was the original mall's only 2-level store. It was also the first suburban Denver Dry location to include a restaurant.

SOUTHGLENN was officially dedicated in August 1974. By the time of this circa-1983 plan, there were 700,000 leasable square feet and 131 store spaces.
