In the spring of 2003, Flaming Gorge Harley-Davidson took up shop in WHITE MOUNTAIN MALL, leasing a portion of a vacant Wal-Mart space.

The Rock Springs Star Stadium 8 opened in October 2003. It also leased a portion of the vacant Wal-Mart.

In 2006, the old Wal-Mart houses three tenant spaces. Two are leased to the aforementioned Flaming Gorge Harley and Star movie multiplex. Woolworth pulled up stakes in 1997 and was replaced by state offices. Two new outparcels have also been built in the front parking area.
