In the spring of 2003, Flaming Gorge Harley-Davidson took up shop in WHITE MOUNTAIN MALL. The store occupied a portion of the old Ernst Home Center space.

The Rock Springs Star Stadium 8 took another section of the vacant space. The motion picture venue opened in October 2003. After some modifications, it was renamed the Star Stadium 10...and then Star Stadium 11 & ARQ.

In a circa-2006 physical layout, one may notice the three freestanding structures that have been built in the mall's front parking area. These stores supplemented the forty-one tenant spaces within the mall.
