Phoenix's Westcor bought the FASHION SQUARE mall in 1983. In 1995, they acquired CAMELVIEW PLAZA. Dillard's retenanted an abandoned Bullock's in that mall in August 1998. At the other mall, a new South Wing was dedicated in September 1998. With these improvements, the malls, collectively known as SCOTTSDALE FASHION SQUARE since 1996, encompassed around 1.8 million leasable square feet, with a tenant list of 225.
