By 2017, new tenants have moved into the mall's Streetscape. Message Envy and First Watch Restaurant opened in March 2009. The Ruby Tuesday restaurant was shuttered. Its space was reconfigured as a P.F. Chang's China Bistro, which was launched in August 2009. For the record, SUMMIT MALL now encompasses approximately 776,800 leasable square feet and contains over 100 stores and services.
