The WESTLAND J.C. Penney featured 2 retail levels and 177,100 square feet. The store opened simultaneously with one at Greater Detroit's SOUTHLAND CENTER.

Following an expansion, the WESTLAND Kohls store encompassed 90,000 square feet.

The mall's Sears covered 2 levels and 188,700 square feet. Some of its amenities were an Optical Department, Watch & Jewelry Repair Shop, Dental Clinic and Hearing Aid Department.
