In 2012, the south anchor was consolidated with the main Macy's store, leaving the old Macy's Men's vacant. In late 2015, the shopping hub was sold, with its name changed to MAINPLACE MALL soon after. Nordstrom shuttered their 29-year-old store in early 2017.

The abandoned Macy's Men's store at MAINPLACE MALL was divided into six store spaces. New tenants, such as Ashley Homestore, 24 Hour Fitness, Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que and a Round 1 Bowling & Amusement Center, opened for business during 2014 and 2015.
