Still in the Plaza Versailles area, our photo op couple now window shop at Mayor's II Jewelers. The original OMNI mall contained two Mayor's stores. Both were located on the Lower Mall level.

By 1989, the mall had two movie multiplexes; the original Omni 6 and the Omni 4. These two venues were often promoted -collectively- as the Omni 10. The Treats Food Court was installed in the old Treasure Island Shops section. The OMNI mall had peaked in the early 1980s, when it featured 165 stores and services. By 1989, this number had fallen to 109. Within a few years, the complex would be in a downward spiral.
