Our first OMNI mall layout dates to 1977, the year that the 76 million dollar megastructure was officially dedicated. Its Ground Level contained a parking deck and first floors of the two anchor stores. The shopping center section above was comprised of 2 levels; the Lower Mall and Upper Mall. The total retail area was approximately 912,000 leasable square feet. OMNI parking facilities accommodated 2,700 autos.
