CLOVERLEAF MALL was given an indoor facelift as part of the food court installation. The exterior -including this mall entrance- was rebuilt as part of a 1998 refurbishment.

By the turn of the 21st century, the complex was in a pronounced state of decline; this due to on-site crime and unruly teenagers. An early 2000s photo shows a non-operational Center Court fountain. Most of the eighty-sum store spaces are vacant. The past-its-prime property was shuttered in early 2008 and demolished in late 2011.
