In July 2011, the original moniker (NATICK MALL) was reinstated.

The mall's former J.C. Penney store sat vacant for 2 years. It was extensively renovated by New York State's Wegmans supermarket chain, who opened their 2-level store in April 2018. It includes two Upper Level eateries; The Burger Bar and Blue Dalia Restaurant & Tequila Bar.
