By the year 2000, the RANDALL PARK property had been in a slow decline for some years. Only one anchor store still sported its original nameplate. A major renovation had been done in 1998-1999. The Loews Cineplex Magic Johnson 12 Theatres (in light gray) was built in gutted mall space and a 6-bay Food Court installed on the mall's Upper Level.
