A cinema megaplex (outlined in blue) was installed in the Second Floor of the mall in 1997. Pay 'n Save Drug closed in 1999 and was divided into eight store spaces, one being Old Navy. In this circa-2006 layout, we also see the 4-year-old Dimond Center Hotel and Best Buy. In addition to 124 stores and services, DIMOND CENTER contained forty-one leased office spaces.

An early 2000s DIMOND CENTER slogan says it all. At the time, the mall was truly an everything in one place place. In addition to over 100 stores, there was a cinema, skating rink, food court, bowling alley, fitness center, indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna, racquetball court, basketball court, tanning booths, dry cleaner, barber shop, beauty salon, public library, church, child care center, dental offices, military recruitment centers and an employment agency.
