The Mall at Greece Ridge Center

In March 1993, Wilmorite Properties initiated construction on a 70 million dollar project to connect TOWNE MALL and LONG RIDGE MALL into a single structure. With completion of the renovation, in March 1994, the merged malls were collectively renamed THE MALL AT GREECE RIDGE CENTER. Here we see the Main Entrance of the super-sized complex.

1995 and two shopping hubs are one! The pre-merger malls are indicated in black. The connecting corridor, which linked the two complexes in 1994, is shown in light gray. Recent additions to the old TOWNE MALL appear in medium gray. The gross leasable area of the collective complex stands at 1.5 million square feet, with a tenant directory of 215 stores and services.
