Greater Denver's Westminster Mall
Greater Denver's WESTMINSTER MALL evolved on a site located 7 miles northwest of Denver's center city. From a meager 320,100 square feet in 1977, the mall had grown to over 1.3 million by 1993.

Denver-based Joslins was the mall's first operational store. It opened its doors in February 1977. The mercantile included a beauty salon and High Country Inn restaurant.
In the beginning, WESTMINSTER MALL had just one anchor department store. The original shopping facility, which was officially dedicated in September 1977, housed around seventy-one store spaces and encompassed approximately 320,100 leasable square feet.
