A model from around 1970 shows a fully-realized FORUM 303 mall. As originally envisaged, the complex would have included an office tower, four anchor department stores and two freestanding hotels. Most of these were never built.

What was actually built was an 875,000 square foot shopping mall and two freestanding auto centers. By late 1972, an attached ice skating rink had been added.
